Community Guidelines

1. Honest listings

List only a real business you are authorised to represent. Use your real name, location, contact numbers, photos of your own work and prices you actually charge. One business, one listing.

2. Respectful communication

Be polite and professional in calls, chats and reviews. No abusive, hateful, discriminatory or threatening language, and respect a “no” or a request to stop contacting.

3. No spam

No bulk, repetitive or unrelated messages, and no promotional messages to people who haven't asked for them.

4. No fake reviews

Reviews must describe a genuine experience. Don't review your own business, pay or reward people for reviews, or post fake negative reviews about competitors. Businesses may reply to reviews, but not pressure customers to change them.

5. No scams

Fraud, fake advance-payment demands, phishing links and impersonation lead to immediate removal and may be reported to the authorities.

6. No illegal activity

Don't offer or request services that are illegal in India, or that require a licence you don't hold.

7. No misleading claims

No false “best”, “No. 1”, “government approved” or certification claims you can't support, no hidden charges and no copied photos or reviews.

8. Respect user privacy

Use contact details only for the enquiry they were shared for. Never post anyone's phone number, address or personal information publicly.

9. Consequences for violations

• Content removal (for example a review or photo).
• A warning, or removal of the Verified badge.
• Temporary suspension of the listing or account.
• Permanent removal, without refund, for fraud or serious or repeated violations.
• Reporting to the authorities where the law requires it.
